CSU Monterey Bay Athletics

As a Junior in 2010: Made 13 appearances...led team in saves with two..had two strike outs against Cal State Stanislaus (2/13).

As a Sophomore at Mt. San Antonio College in 2009: CCCAA State Champions…selected All-State Tournament team as “Best Pitcher”…recorded a 10-1 record…posted a 2.09 ERA in 30 appearances, starting in eight games…allowed only 26 earned runs while striking out 49 batters.

As a Freshman at Mt. San Antonio College in 2008: Conference and Regional Champions…State Runner-Up.

High School: Four-time All-Del Rio League first team selection…named 2003 Gatorade Rookie of the Year…team MVP her senior year…selected to play in Senior All-Stars game…honor roll student.

Personal: Daughter of John and Maria Hernandez…has four siblings; Darlene, John, Alyssa and Phillip…majoring in Kinesiology.

Why I chose to attend CSUMB: Because of the former achievements of the team. I love to be involved in a positive and winning program. I want to contribute to many more championships. And duh! experience life at the bay!!
