2011 – CAL STATE MONTEREY BAY
Jessica Moon will help stabilize the Otter pitching corps as the only four–year member of the staff in 2011…owns a 9–5 career record in 40 appearances (14 starts)…picked up one win as a starter (vs. Dominican on Apr. 2) and one as a reliever (at Humboldt State on Apr. 12) as a junior…matched her career high with seven strikeouts in the win over Dominican.
 
2010 – CAL STATE MONTEREY BAY
Moon enjoyed her most productive collegiate season as a sophomore in 2010, fashioning a 6–2 record with  a 3.22 ERA and her first two collegiate shutouts…first shutout was a three–hit victory over Cal State San Bernardino (Mar. 5)…second shutout was a career–best two–hitter in a win over Northwest Nazarene (Mar. 26)…established her career high with seven strikeouts in the Northwest Nazarene game then followed that with a second consecutive seven–strikeout performance in a complete game win over Montana State–Billings.
 
2009 – CAL STATE MONTEREY BAY
Moon compiled a 2.74 ERA in 11 appearances as a freshman in 2009…earned her first collegiate win by going 6 2/3 innings a in a 1–0 shutout of Cal State San Bernardino (Mar. 8)…began her collegiate career by pitching shutout ball for her first 18 1/3 innings spanning six appearances.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Moon put up impressive numbers as a senior at Torrance High School, leading the Tartars to the Pioneer League title by going 13–1 with a 0.59 ERA and a .140 opponent batting average…fanned 166 batters in 107 2/3 innings while earning All–Pioneer League honors and being named the CIF Southern Section Division V Pitcher of the Year…went 4–2 with a 1.27 ERA as a junior in 2007…also lettered in soccer at THS…played travel ball with the Artesia Punishers.
 
PERSONAL
Moon is majoring in integrated studies/human development with a minor in social work…earned CCAA Scholar–Athlete Award recognition with a 3.76 GPA in 2010–11…lists biking and hiking among her off the field activities…twin sister Jamie is the Otters’ first baseman…parents are John and Christy Moon.
