Becky Poirier joins the Otters after starting 32 games as a sophomore at Santa Ana College in 2013…hit .273 with eight extra base hits as a sophomore, including three home runs…was successful on 13 of 15 stolen base attempts in 2013…made 16 appearances in the field as a freshman and hit .259…also made 16 appearances in the circle in 2012, finishing with a 1–0 record in 24 1/3 innings.

HIGH SCHOOL
Poirier played her high school ball at Kennedy High School in Orange County…played travel ball with the Downey All–Stars, Outkast and the Buena Park Strikeforce.

Poirier is majoring in psychology with a minor in criminal justice…career plans working in behavioral analysis…lists singing and writing amongst her hobbies…parents are Donald and Therese Poirier.
