Biography
2026 – Cal State Monterey Bay
- Competed in six meets during the 2026 outdoor track & field season.
- Specialized in distance events, competing in the 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters, and 10,000 meters while also racing in the 800 meters and 1,500 meters.
- Opened the season at the Fresno Pacific Sunbird Invitational, posting a time of 9:10.07 in the 3,000 meters.
- Ran 9:07.24 in the 3,000 meters at the Golden Gate Track Fest.
- Competed in both the 800 meters and 1,500 meters at the Wildcat Invitational, recording times of 2:10.46 and 4:17.12, respectively.
- Posted a season-best 5,000-meter time of 15:34.14 at the Johnny Mathis Track & Field Meet.
- Recorded a time of 32:12.66 in the 10,000 meters at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic.
- Scored for the Otters in the 10,000 meters at the CCAA Track & Field Championships, placing ninth with a season-best time of 32:11.51.
- Also competed in the 5,000 meters at the CCAA Championships, posting a time of 15:57.09.
- Recorded season-best marks of 15:34.14 in the 5,000 meters and 32:11.51 in the 10,000 meters during the championship portion of the season.
2025 – Cal State Monterey Bay
- Participated in five meets
- Set team best in mile with a time of 4:43.00 at Mike Fanelli Track Classic
- Had best finish of the season with a 5th place finish at the Lobo Invitational with a time of 9:10.33 in the 3,000 meters
- Ran season best time of 4:16.92 at the Sacramento State Invitational in the 1,500 meters
- Ran season best time of 15:50.62 in the 5,000 meters at the Kim Duyst Invitational
2024 – Cal State Monterey Bay
- Competed in all six meets as a freshman.
- Posted his fastest 8k of the season at the San Francisco Invitational with a time of 26:41.3 (Oct. 6).
- Opened the season with a 19:54.7 on the 6k course at the Big West Preview (Sep. 1).
- Capped off his freshman season with a 10k time of 33:09.8 at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 4).
High School:
- Ran two seasons of cross-country and three seasons of track at Granada HS.
- Placed 13th out of 83 runners at the East Bay Athletic League Cross Country Championships as a senior, helping Granada to a league title (Nov. 5, 2022).
- Matched his 5K PR time of 15:55.8 at the CIF DII State Cross Country Championships, finishing 35th out of 198 runners and helping Granada HS to a second-place team finish (Nov. 26, 2022).
- Ran the 800m, mile and two-mile on the track.
- Set both his 800m and mile PRs of 2:06.86 and 4:29.42 respectively at the Morisoli White Invitational (Mar. 11, 2023).
- Two-mile PR of 9:29.93 came at the Dublin Distance Fiesta (Mar. 18, 2023).
