Sasha Eyre redshirted the 2011 season.

2010 – Cal State Monterey Bay
Sasha got his feet wet by playing in and starting two matches as a freshman…went the distance in his debutante performance at Cal State Stanislaus (Oct. 22), making two saves.

High School
After taking some time off, Aleksandr Eyre returns to the pitch to battle for time in the Otter goal in 2012…named team MVP as a senior in 2010 and team captain the two seasons prior to that…also played tennis in high school.

Sasha’s given first name is Aleksandr…is majoring in psychology at CSUMB…plans to travel the world, work in other countries and earn his coaching license in Europe…cousin Adam Eyre played for the New England Revolution…Adam’s wife, Aly Wagner–Eyre, won a pair of gold medals as a member of the U.S. National team…parents are Robert and Katherine.
