As a Junior in 2014: Played in nine games without making a start... took five shots, two on goal, in 180 minutes played.

At San Joaquin Delta College: All-Big 8 first team…scored three goals in his six appearances…first goal of the season came in the 5-0 win over Yuba College (9/7)…scored the lone Mustang goal against Modesto (9/24)…contributed to the 3-3 result against Modesto (10/29). was an All-Big 8 selection in football his freshman season.

High School: All-Trans-Valley League first team junior season…All-Western Athletic Conference first team selection his sophomore year part of the 2010 TVL League Championship team…two-time All-TVL in football… led football team to a 2011 San Joaquin Section Championship…competed for three different club soccer teams: Fresno Fuego (2014), Manteca FC Boca (2010-13), Turlock Tornados (2005-09).

Personal: Son of John and Noelia Bettencourt… cousins Chris and Adam played soccer at Sacramento State (2007-11)…cousin Haylee played soccer at University of the Pacific (2010-12).
