Biography



As a Junior in 2013: Started in 14 of 18 games played in…recorded seven points with two goals and three assists…was one of five Otters to score in the 5-3 victory over Humboldt State (9/13)…scored an insurance goal with less than 20 seconds remaining at Humboldt State (10/13).

As a Sophomore in 2012: Continued to add a much–needed spark off the bench to the Otter frontline…made three starts among his 15 appearances, registering one goal and one assist…his goal came against Sonoma State (9/7) while his assist came at Cal State L.A. (9/23). 

As a Freshman in 2011: appeared in all 17 matches as a freshman, making eight starts…made his first collegiate goal a match–winner in a 2–1 win over Chico State (9/23)…notched assists versus Humboldt State (10/16) and Cal State L.A. (10/28).

University of Alabama–Birmingham: Redshirted in 2010.

High School: Played prep soccer at Hickman High School in Columbia, Mo. in 2009…helped lead Kewpies to a No. 7 ranking in Missouri en route to earning second–team All–Missouri scored six goals with three assists in seven matches as a senior…led his MidMo club team to the 2008 state title.

Personal: Son of Lisa Plakorus...majoring in kinesiology…career goal is to become a personal trainer.
