CSU Monterey Bay Athletics

As a Junior in 2011-12: Participated in 11 events with a stroke average of 75.2 in 31 rounds of competition…enjoyed five top 25 finishes for the season highlighted by a tie for 4th at the Cal State east Bay Pioneer Shootout after carding a 80, 72 and 75 (227, +11)…shot a season-low 70 in the second round of the CCAA Championships, finishing tied for 18th with a 218 (+2)….tied for 22nd at the Otter Invitational with rounds of 75, 74 and 76 (225, +9).
 
As a Sophomore in 2010-11: Carded a 77.44 scoring average with a low round of 69...recorded one top-15 finish, T13 at the Western Washington University Invitational with a score of 216 (69-73-74)...played in 3 events.

As a Freshman in 2009-10: Redshirted this season.

High School: One-year varsity letter-winner in golf his senior year...All-Avocado League first team selection…led team to undefeated season as a senior (25-0)...also lettered three years for baseball.

Personal: Son of Kevin and Julie Teare…has two sisters; Jessica and Kassidy…majoring in Business Administration.
