Biography
As a Junior in 2014-15: Led the team with two first place finishes... won the 42nd Hanny Stanislaus Invite (-3) and Dominican Fall Invite (-3)... his low round of 68 came at the Dominican Fall Invite... also finished in the Top 10 five times and in the Top 5 three times... second on the team with 12 rounds under par... recorded an average round score of 74.22 over 12 events.
As a Sophomore in 2013-2014: Named to the Div. II PING All–American team... received PING All–West Region honors for the second consecutive season... member of the All–CCAA team... tied for first at the Otter Invitational with a score of 211 (-5)... finished in top 10 four times... posted a 35 round average score of 73.7
As a Freshman in 2012-13: Participated in 11 of the 12 tournaments…was 1-of-4 Otters named to GCAA Division II PING West Region team …All-CCAA team selection…posted a 73.4 stroke average in 32 rounds…second on the team in stroke average…led the nation in all NCAA divisions (I, II & III) with a 27.13 putting average…best three-round score came in the InterWest Insurance Wildcat (10/9-10) with a 5-under 211 (69-71-71) to finish third…opened his collegiate career with his best round of golf the season, a 68 at the UIndy Brickyard Invitational (9/17-18)…tied for 5th at the CCAA Championships (4/22-23) with a 3-under par 213 (73-69-71).
High School: Won the Skandia Tour #3 in 2009….was a member of the 2010 Swedish junior national team…placed second at the 2010 Swedish junior national team championships…finished third at the 2011 Swedish national team championships…competed for the Osteraleers Golf Club under the direction of Peter Michols.
Personal: Son of Madeleline Skold…has two younger sisters; Emma and Julia…majoring in business.
