Biography
2025 – Cal State Monterey Bay
- Competed in six cross country meets during the 2025 season.
- Opened the year with a 62nd-place finish at the Biola Invitational, covering the 8K course in 26:21.9.
- Posted a season-best 8K time of 25:52.6 at the 44th Annual UCR XC Invite.
- Finished 61st at the Pomona-Pitzer XC Invite with an 8K time of 26:45.4.
- Recorded a time of 25:38.0 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.
- Placed 47th at the CCAA Cross Country Championships after running 26:47.9 in the 8K.
- Competed at the NCAA Division II West Region Cross Country Championships, posting a 10K time of 32:25.8 for 86th place.
2024 – Cal State Monterey Bay
- Participated in all six meets
- Had best finish of the season (16th) with a PR in 4-mile at 21:54.2 at the CCAA Conference Championship Preview
- Had PR in 8K with a time of 26:01.1 at the Stump Invitational
- Finished 38th at the San Francisco State Invitational with a time of 26:46.2
- Ran a time of 26:29.9 and finished 52nd at the CCAA Men’s Cross Country Championship
- Finished 99th at the Cougar Challenge with a time of 27:03.2
- Ran a time of 33:57.0 and finished 119th at the NCAA Men’s Cross Country West Regional
2023 – Cal State Monterey Bay
- Competed in all six meets as a freshman.
- Posted his fastest 8k of the season at the San Francisco Invitational with a time of 26:41.3 (Oct. 6).
- Opened the season with a 19:54.7 on the 6k course at the Big West Preview (Sep. 1).
- Capped off his freshman season with a 10k time of 33:09.8 at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 4).
High School:
- Ran two seasons of cross-country and three seasons of track at Granada HS.
- Placed 13th out of 83 runners at the East Bay Athletic League Cross Country Championships as a senior, helping Granada to a league title (Nov. 5, 2022).
- Matched his 5K PR time of 15:55.8 at the CIF DII State Cross Country Championships, finishing 35th out of 198 runners and helping Granada HS to a second-place team finish (Nov. 26, 2022).
- Ran the 800m, mile and two-mile on the track.
- Set both his 800m and mile PRs of 2:06.86 and 4:29.42 respectively at the Morisoli White Invitational (Mar. 11, 2023).
- Two-mile PR of 9:29.93 came at the Dublin Distance Fiesta (Mar. 18, 2023).
