2024 – Cal State Monterey Bay
- Participated in five meets
- Set personal record in 4-mile with a time of 23:47.9 at the CCAA Conference Championship Preview
- Had best finish of the season while setting a personal record in 8K with a 43rd place finish and a time of 27:17.5 at the Stump Invitational
- Finished 54th with a time of 27:26.8 at the San Francisco State Invitational
- Ran a time of 27:34.1 and finished 67th at the CCAA Men’s Cross Country Championship
- Finished 115th with a time of 27:32.3 at the Cougar Challenge
2023 – Cal State Monterey Bay
- Competed in all six meets in his first season in the collegiate ranks.
- Posted a top 8k time of 27:18.1 at the Cougar Challenge (Sep. 23).
- Opened his collegiate career with a 6k time of 20:54.6 at the Big West Preview (Sep. 1).
- Completed the 8k course at the CCAA Championships with a time of 27:35 (Oct. 21).
- Capped off his freshman campaign with a 10k time of 36:19.7 at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 4).
High School:
- Competed in cross-country and track in all four years of his prep career at San Diego HS.
- Placed in the sixth out of 44 runners and was the best finishing freshman in the 2019 San Diego City League Cross Country Championships at Morley Field (Nov. 12, 2019).
- San Diego HS’s top finisher in his senior season.
- Ran his 5K PR of 16:34.8 at the 2022 Asics Southern California Invitational at Guajome Park, finishing in 10th out of 70 runners (Oct. 8, 2022).
- Finished in third out of 39 as a senior at the Eastern League Cross Country Championships at Morley Field (Nov. 2, 2022).
- Three times ran in the CIF San Diego Section Championships, finishing 13th out of 128 as a senior at Morley Field (Nov. 12, 2022).
- Ran the 800m, mile and two-mile in his prep career.
- Won the Eastern League title in the mile as a sophomore (May 28, 2021).
- Qualified for the CIF – San Diego Section DI Championships in the mile (June 12, 2021).
- Won the mile race at the Viking Relays with a PR time of 4:26.94 (Mar. 11, 2023).
- Set his two-mile PR at the Mt. Carmel Asics Invitational with a time of 9:56.76 (Mar. 25, 2023).
- Won the 800m at the Jim Cerveny Invitational with a PR time of 1:58.94 (Apr. 15, 2023).
- Placed second in the 800m at the 2023 Eastern League Finals, qualifying for the CIF San Diego Section DI Championships (May 5, 2023).
