As a Junior in 2008-09: Played in 29 games, started in three…enjoyed a breakthrough game on Jan. 10 against Cal State Dominguez Hills, scoring 11 points and pulling down five rebounds…dished out a season-high three assists against Cal State Stanislaus on Jan. 30.
As a Sophomore in 2007-08: Played at San Diego City College
As a Freshman in 2005-06: Played nine games at Cosumnes River College
High School: Selected All-Conference and All-City…also competed in track.
Personal: Son of Al and Marcia Williams…has one sister, Nicole...majoring in Business Administration.
Coach Bishop on Williams: "Probably the fastest player on our team with the ball this year. Shaun will be called on to be a much bigger part of the offense. His ability to create for others off the dribble as well as shoot the ball from deep will help to put a lot of pressure on opposing defenses."
