2019–20 – Cal State Monterey Bay
  • Led the Otters in six of seven races as a sophomore.
  • Set the CSUMB record at the 5K distance with an 18:04.44 t the Coyote Challenge on the CSUSB Campus Course (Sept. 21).
  • Finished a team season–best fourth (of 146) at the Coyote Challenge (Sept. 21).
  • Ran a PR and team season–best 21:56.0 at the Bronco Invitational on the Baylands Park Course (Oct. 19).
  • Led the Otters by finishing 44th (of 106) at the 20189 CCAA Championship Meet (Oct. 26).
  • Ran CSUMB’s top 800m time of 2:32.45 at the Kim Duyst Invitational (Mar. 7).
  • Ran CSUMB’s top two times in the 1,500m, including a 4:55.77 at the Kim Duyst Invitational (Mar. 7).
2018–19 – Cal State Monterey Bay:
  • Named CCAA Freshman of the Year.
  • Began her collegiate career by running the fifth fasted 5K in Otter history with an 18:35.50 at the UC Riverside Invitational (Sept. 15)
  • Her 22:17.70 6K at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational ranks No. 2 on the Otter freshman list and No. 20 all–time at CSUMB.
  • Best raw finish was fourth at the Lumberjack Invitational (Oct. 20).
  • Best finish was 14th (of 240) at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (Oct. 13).
  • Earned All–CCAA honors in track for the Otter track team with a third place finish in the steeple at the 2019 CCAA Track and Field Championship.
  • Set the CSUMB steeplechase record with an 11:03.00 at the CCAA Championship Meet (May 3).
  • Owns 4 of the 5 fastest steeple times in CSUMB history.
  • Ran the 4 fastest 1,500 meter times at CSUMB in 2019.
  • PRed in the 1,500 (4:47.69) and 800 (2:27.57) at the East Bay Invitational (Apr. 13).
High School:
  • Was a 2–time All–Greater St. Helen’s League pick in cross country at Camas High School.
  • Ran her 2–mile PR of 12:27.9 at the Camas Time Trial (Sept. 9, 2017).
  • Senior season best 5K of 19:16.0 came that the GSHL Skiview (Sept. 20).
  • Ran her 5K PR of 19:15.7 at the Washington Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) State Championship meet as a freshman on Nov. 8, 2014.
  • On the track, her 800 PR of 2:29.7 came on Apr. 11, 2017.
  • Helped the Papermakers of Camas to 4 district and 2 Washington 4A state championships.
  • Also helped CHS to 3 district title in track.
  • Other high school PRs included 5:16.47 in the 1,600 (May 11, 2017) and 11:26.09 in the 3,200 (May 1, 2018).
  • Also played basketball as a prep athlete.
Personal:
  • Is majoring in kinesiology at CSUMB.
  • A 3–time member of the CCAA All–Academic team.
  • A 2–time member of the CCAA Fall Academic team.
  • Won numerous academic honors in high school and was recognized in the top 10 percent in Washington for academics.
  • Her brother Blake currently plays football at the University of Redlands.
  • Mother Michelle Wiitlala Roy played college basketball at Gonzaga.
  • Enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities in her spare time.
