Biography


2017–18 – Cal State Monterey Bay
  • The top 200 and 400 meter runner in CSUMB history
  • Owns each of the Top 10 fastest 400 times in Otter history
  • PR and school record in the 400 of 59.82 set at the Bulldog Invitational (Apr. 28)
  • PR and school record in the 200 of 26.81 came at the CCAA Championship meet (May 4)
2016–17 – Cal State Monterey Bay
  • Really shined during the track season when she ran the (then) five fastest 400 meters races in CSUMB history
  • Competed at the CCAA Championship Meet where she ran a 1:01.15, then the third fastest 400 ever by an Otter
  • Her (then) CSUMB record 1:00.41 at the Pomona–Pitzer Invitational (Apr. 8) still ranks No. 4 in Otter history.
  • Began her sophomore season by appearing in all four regular season cross country meets plus the CCAA Championship
  • Best finish was 48th at the CCAA Preview Meet on the Guasti Regional Park course (Sept. 2)
  • Best time was a 24:55.01 the following week at the Humboldt State Invitational on the Patrick’s Point State Park course (Sept. 10)
2015 – Cal State Monterey Bay
  • Enjoyed a busy freshman campaign by competing in CSUMB’s first six cross country races
  • Ran a 20:10.10 5K to open the season at the UC Riverside Invitational (Sept. 12)
  • PRed three times at the 6K distance, including a season–best 24:20.40 finish on the Baylands Park course at the Bronco Invitational (Oct. 17)
High School
  • Became an Otter after helping Redlands High School earn a 12th place finish in the 2014 CIF Southern Section Division II Championship Meet
  • Ran with her younger sister Claire at Redlands
  • Also competed in track and soccer as a prep athlete
Personal
  • Is majoring in mathematics at CSUMB
  • Career goals are to teach high school math and coach cross country and track
  • Earned All–Academic honors from the CCAA and the D2 Athletic Directors Association as a sophomore and junior
