2014 – CAL STATE MONTEREY BAY
Trina Solario brought a measure of stability to the shortstop position, appearing in 58 games and starting 54 as a junior in 2014…hit .299 with 12 extra base hits—including 10 doubles—in her first Otter season…had 10 multi–hit games as a junior…in her second day in an Otter uniform she drove in four runs with a pair of doubles in a win over Cal State Stanislaus (Feb. 2)…first collegiate home run came in a win at Cal State Dominguez Hills (Apr. 18);

SAN JOAQUIN DELTA COLLEGE
Solario earned All–Big 8 Conference honors as a sophomore when she hit .341 with a team–high 15 doubles, three homers and 28 RBIs…also posted solid numbers as a freshman by hitting .298 with 27 runs and 21 RBIs…fanned just twice in a team–high 114 at bats as a freshman and just 10 times in 252 at bats at the JuCo level.

HIGH SCHOOL
Solario prepped at Manteca High School where she was a 2–time Modesto Bee first team All–Area selection at third base…hit .438 with 27 runs and 27 RBIs as a junior…went on to hit .448 with team highs of 20 runs, 22 RBIs and 10 doubles as a senior in 2009…outstanding with the glove as well, Solario earned Valley Oaks League Defensive MVP honors as a sophomore, a junior and a senior…was the Buffaloes team MVP in 2008 and 2009…played her travel ball with the California Grapettes.

PERSONAL
Solario is majoring in kinesiology at CSUMB…served as an assistant coach at Delta College while completing her associate’s degree…parents are Tisha Yepez and Joseph Solario.
