Biography
2014 – Cal State Monterey Bay
Greg Anderson proved to be an effective weapon in the Otter arsenal whether coming off the bench or starting as a junior…made 10 starts while appearing in all 25 games…led the team in scoring one and in rebounding nine times…also led the team with three double–doubles…recorded his first double–digit scoring game as part of his first double–double with 18 points and 11 rebounds in a win over Humboldt State (Jan. 3)…added two more double–doubles before the season ended, including 13 points and a season–high 12 rebounds at Sonoma State (Feb. 28)…posted a career–high five steals in the first meeting with Sonoma State (Jan. 25).
2013 – BYU–Hawaii
Anderson came to CSUMB after redshirting the 2013 season at West Region rival BYU–Hawaii.
Palomar College
Anderson played two seasons at Palomar College in 2010 and 2011…averaged 10.7 points and 6.8 rebounds while earning second team All–Pacific Coast Athletic Conference honors as a sophomore in 2011…knocked down eight 3–pointers as part of a 28–point night in a win over Cuyamaca College (Feb. 16, 2011)…poured in 25 points in a win over Fullerton College (Dec. 27, 2010)…averaged 11.0 points and 5.3 rebounds as a freshman in 2010.
High School
Anderson prepped at Paloma Valley High School, where he lettered in volleyball and football in addition to basketball as a Wildcat…averaged 11.4 points and 10.4 rebounds per game as a prep senior in 2010…scored in double figures 17 times as a senior, including a season–high 23 points in a win over Knight (Feb. 18)…grabbed double–figure rebounds 19 times, including a career–high 19 win a CIF South Section Tournament win over Cajon (Feb. 20)…averaged 9.4 points and 7.1 rebounds per game as a junior in 2008…scored 20–plus points in three consecutive games from Jan. 3–11, matching his season–highs off 22 points and 14 rebounds twice in that span…blocked 22 shots in both his junior and senior seasons.

Anderson is majoring in kinesiology at CSUMB…career goal is to become a sports psychologist…parents are Michael and Rebecca Anderson.
