2011–12 – Cal State Monterey Bay
Kevin Loustale made an immediate impact on the Otter frontline as a junior, finishing third in the CCAA in field goal percentage (57.6) and fourth in rebounding (6.8 rpg)…nearly recorded a double–double in his game, scoring 13 points with nine rebounds at Division I Pacific (Nov. 13)…led CSUMB in scoring three times, including a season–high 20 points against Humboldt State (Dec. 2)…led the Otters in rebounding a team–best 14 times, including four double–figure rebounding games…first NCAA double–double came in the form of a 14–point, 17–rebound effort at Sonoma State (Feb. 2)…also had 14 points and 11 boards against UC San Diego (Feb. 17)…season–high three blocks came in a win over Sonoma State (Dec. 3)…played a season–high 42 minutes in the home finale win over Cal State San Bernardino (Feb. 18).

Shasta College
Loustale joined the Otters after providing solid interior play for Shasta College the previous two seasons…earned first team all–defense honors in the Golden Valley Conference while leading the Knights to a share of the GVC title in 2010…earned second team All–GVC honors as a sophomore in 2011 after averaging 13.2 points, 10.0 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game…finished in the top 10 in the conference in scoring and rebounding.

High School
Loustale prepped at Chico High School where he helped the Panthers to the CIF North Section Division II title in 2009…averaged 9.1 points and 9.7 rebounds per game as a senior…scored a prep career–high 20 points in a win over Foothill (Jan. 23, 2009)…reached double figures in scoring in 12 of his final 17 games.

Personal
Loustale is majoring in kinesiology with a minor in outdoor recreation…enjoys baseball, golf and umpiring in his spare time…parents are Diane and Gary Loustale.
