As a Redshirt Sophomore in 2012: Earned CCAA All-Academic honors with a 3.52 GPA…played in five matches, starting in four…was between the pipes for the first two victories of the season against Academy of Art (8/30) and Dominican (9/1)…recorded two saves after coming off the bench in the 24th minute and played 71 shutout minutes of a 2-1 overtime victory at No. 14 Chico State. 

As a Redshirt Freshman in 2011: Earned CCAA All–Academic honors with a 3.94 GPA...jumped in feet first in freshman campaign, starting in 13 of her 15 appearances…allowed just 14 goals while posting a very respectable 1.15 goals against average…played the final 495 minutes of the season in goal for the Otters, never allowing more than one goal in an appearance and recording a 0.73 GAA over that span…posted her first collegiate shutout in a 1–0 upset at Cal State Stanislaus (Oct. 21)…made a season–high seven saves to preserve her clean sheet…earned her first collegiate win by playing 45 minutes of shutout soccer to defeat Humboldt State 1–0 (Sept. 16)

High School: Played a noteworthy four seasons of varsity soccer at San Jose’s Valley Christian High School…starter her prep career off with a bang, helping the Warriors earn a share of the West Catholic Athletic League title en route to a CIF Central Coast Section Div. II finals appearance…two–time All–WCAL selection, earning first team honors as a senior in 2010 when she was also a San Jose Mercury News All–Area honorable mention pick… SJVCHS team MVP as a senior…played club soccer for the De Anza Force 91’s and enjoyed great team success with the U18 side, winning the Golden State League Gold Division title in 2009, the 2010 Northern California State Cup and the 2010 CYSA North State Cup.
 
Personal: Daughter of John and Susan Gillio...majoring in kinesiology…her career goal is to be an athletic trainer and her dream job would be working for the San Jose Sharks…was a four–year scholar–athlete in high school….
