SEASIDE, Calif. – The Cal State Monterey Bay women's soccer team dropped its final regular season home match, falling to Stanislaus State, 2-0, Sunday afternoon at Cardinale Stadium.
The Warriors got on the board early when Aliah Avila converted a penalty kick in the third minute.
Stanislaus added the insurance goal in the 76th minute when Makeila Yancey finished a Haylee Sousa pass deep in the box.
The Otters outshot the Warriors, 15-11, and were awarded 10 corner kicks.

The Otters will now hit the road for the remainder of the regular season, beginning with a trip to Chico State on Friday, Oct. 31. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
