[VIEW GAME RESULTS]

(SEASIDE, Calif.)  The CSUMB women's soccer team posted a 3-2 win over visiting BYU-Hawaii Tuesday afternoon at the CSUMB Soccer Fields.  The win improves the Otters' record to 2-4-1 (1-4-1 CCAA) while the Seasiders drop to 5-3-1 for the season.

CSUMB opened the match with a flurry of scoring as the Otters were on the board in the second minute when #Kyla Flores# scored off an assist from #Loren Schofield#.  Two minutes later #Eva Arzola# made it 2-0 off an assist from #Courtney Hermann#.  The Seasider's Hailey McKee countered quickly with a goal in the sixth minute of play to make the score 2-1.  Kahanu Ah Puck scored late in the 1st period for BYU-Hawaii to even the score at 2-2 going into the halftime break.

#Sarah Alderson# scored on an assist from #Elise Reid# for the game winner in the 64th minute of play.  Goalkeeper #Stacey Senkle# was inserted into the line up in the second half and recorded 6 saves to secure the win for the Otters.

The Otters return to CCAA play this weekend when they travel to San Fransisco State on Sunday, Sept 30th.  Kickoff is scheduled for 12:30 pm.
