[TOURNAMENT RESULTS]
CSU Monterey Bay finished in 6th place at the CCAA Championships held at Hunter Ranch Golf Course in Paso Robles, CA. The Otters have concluded their 2006-07 season.
The Otters shot a final-round 293 to fall out of a tie for third and finish with a three-round score of 874, two shots behind fifth place Sonoma State. Nick Bell and teammate Brian Thompson were the top Otters. Both shot a 1-over 217 for the tournament to tie for ninth place in the field of forty. Grant Haney tied for 14th with a 4-over 220. CSU Stanislaus shot 12 strokes better in the final round than day one leaders Chico State to surge ahead and take the team title with a score of 860, four strokes better than runners-up CSU San Bernardino and seven strokes better than the Wildcats. The Warriors' Eric Justesen won individual medalist honors with a 11-under 205, five strokes better than runner-up Gene Webster of CSUSB.
