Otters Lose 6-4 in Series Finale at CSUSB

The Otters were swept in the CCAA opening series to Cal State San Bernardino, dropping the final game of a four-game series 6-4.

The Otters were up 3-2 until the Coyotes (8-3, 4-0 CCAA) scored four runs on a pair of two-run homeruns in the fourth inning. The Otters had ten hits, but stranded nine runners in the game. Brian Trump went 2-3 with an RBI and Gerald Rommel went 3-5. The Otters (3-9, 0-4 CCAA) play a non-league game at San Francisco State on Wednesday before going on a another four-game road trip to take on Cal State Dominguez Hills.
