The Otters came back to win 9-8 against host St. Martin's. The Otters went up 4-0 in the fourth inning only to see the Saints retake the lead with seven runs in the bottom of the fourth. Down 8-7 in the seventh, CSUMB got doubles from Brian Trump and Ben Mayberry to take back the lead. Then fine pitching from Shaun Busby , Adam Lanthier and Grayson Adams shut down the Saints to give the Otters their first win. Trump was 4-4 on the day with 2 RBIs. Busby got the win while Adams got the save. The Otters continue the series with a doubleheader Saturday at 11:00 am.
