SEASIDE, Calif. ---The Otters' womens soccer team dropped a hard fought (and windy) match to Cal State Stanislaus 1-0 Friday afternoon at the CSUMB soccer field.

CSUS's Adrienne Sorenson scored with about 10 minutes left to go in the first half to account for the only score of the match.

CSUMB drops to 2-6-2 (1-6-1, CCAA) while CSUS improves to 8-6-1 (6-2-1, CCAA).

CSUMB hits the road to the Pacific Northwest for a match against St. Martins (Lacey, WA) on Monday, Oct. 8th.  The Otters return for Homecoming Week at CSUMB to host Cal State San Bernardino on Friday, Oct. 12 and Cal Poly Pomona on Sunday, Oct. 14.  Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m. at the CSUMB soccer complex.
