CARSON, Calif. --- Cal State Monterey Bay held off upset minded Cal State Dominguez Hills to earn a 30-19, 30-26, 22-30, 31-29 win Friday afternoon at CSUDH.   The Otters (9-15) improve to 6-6 in the CCAA while the Toros (2-21) fall to 1-11 in CCAA play.

Christine Ricketts led the Otters with 15 kills at a .351 hitting percentage.  Brittany Etchings had 14 kills, 13 digs and 5 aces while Courtney Taubert added 10 kills and 10 digs.  Melissa Nickas had a team high 17 digs.

The Otters' next match is Wednesday, Oct. 24th at Sonoma State.  The CSUMB vs. Humboldt State match originally scheduled for Friday, Oct. 26th has been reschedule for Saturday, Oct. 27th in Arcata.
