SEASIDE, Calif. — Cal State Monterey Bay women's golf is ready to enter the Earle Era. James Earle has joined the Otter staff as the university's first full–time women's golf head coach.

Earle joins the Otter raft after spending the last 12 years coaching the highly–regarding women's program at the University of Missouri, St. Louis. He led the Tritons to six consecutive NCAA Division II Championship appearances since 2010 and was named the 2010 Great lakes Valley Conference Coach of the Year.

 • 2010 Great lakes Valley Conference Coach of the Year
 • Led UMSL to six consecutive NCAA Division II Tournament berths (2010, '11, '12, '13, '14, '15)
 • Led UMSL to a 269–32 head-to-head record over the past four seasons (79–7 in 2014-15)
 • Led UMSL to 41 team tournament victories. Also coached 28 individual medalists
 • Coached 19 All–GLVC Award winners.
