This past Thursday, August 26 we held our “welcome back” coaches meeting to kickoff the new academic year. It was the first opportunity to bring our returning and new staff together in the same room.
A quick glimpse around the room is quite telling. We have a great team of coaches. No doubt about it. The topics of conversation throughout the meeting surrounded the Otter Code and our goals and strategies to improve, challenge and support each other this year as we focus on providing the best possible experience for our student-athletes at Cal State Monterey Bay.
