TURLOCK, Calif- Due to wet weather conditions, Sunday's softball schedule at the Mizuno Best of the West Invitational in Turlock has been canceled. The games will not be made up.
Cal State Monterey Bay split on day one of the Best of the West Invitational, falling 7-1 to Grand Canyon before rebounding with a 2-0 shutout over No. 11 Humboldt State. Saturday's games were canceled due to rain.
The Otters travel back to Turlock on Friday to begin California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) play, taking on Cal State Stanislaus. First pitch of the doubleheader is 1 p.m.
